GreenKayak is a brilliantly simple idea. Borrow a kayak for free, spend your time on the water collecting trash, and share the experience with the world. Founded in Copenhagen in 2017, the environmental NGO has since expanded across Europe, engaging thousands of volunteers in the fight against ocean pollution, including right here in Berlin where co-branded Dryrobe x GreenKayak kayaks are stationed at Mellowpark on the Spree.

Dryrobe, the outdoor brand behind the original weatherproof changing robe, reached out to us to tell the story of this partnership, a collaboration built on shared values around getting people outdoors and protecting the planet they play in. The film captures the spirit of the GreenKayak movement in Berlin, the water, the community, and the quiet power of showing up and doing something real.
