Adam Kaiser-Lynch is a Berlin-based Director of Photography and Editor with over fifteen years of experience across documentary, drama, purpose-driven brand and NGO work.
Trained in Cinematography at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), his work has screened on ZDF, BBC, Animal Planet, ABC, and Netflix, and at festivals including Oberhausen, where his short film Dokhtar'am received its international premiere. His wildlife documentary Mashatu, shot in Botswana, earned a Gold Award from the Australian Cinematographers Society.
His approach is grounded in atmosphere, emotion, and instinct. Whether working with natural light, analogue formats, or controlled lighting setups, he is driven by a deep respect for story and character. Embracing imperfection and intuition, he lets environment and feeling shape the image, creating work that feels immersive, tactile, and emotionally honest.
He is drawn to projects where the image carries weight, films, campaigns, and stories where something real is at stake.
