When Theresia approached us to create a promotional video for her personal training brand, we knew it was going to be something special. Her energy, authenticity, and commitment to her craft were the perfect foundation for a film that felt as dynamic as she is.

We began by diving deep into her world, exploring her ideas, inspirations, and story. We even trained alongside her to understand her approach firsthand. From there, we shaped a creative concept that reflected her philosophy, personality, and movement, the building blocks of what would become her brand film.

Over several shoot days, we captured extensive footage and interviews, crafting a hero promotional video along with two shorter films focusing on Theresia as a trainer and her unique training method. We also filmed additional material, giving her the flexibility to create future content as her brand continues to grow.
